FAQ's

  • How long until my order ships? I have a 1-2 week processing time on all orders. Please keep this in mind, especially when ordering monthly kits. 

 

  • Can I cancel my order? Once an order is place, I do not offer any cancellations. 

 

  • After I place my order, can I make adjustments? Due to the high volume of my shop, I do not offer any edits or adjustments once the order is place. Therefore, please make sure your order is correct before submitting it. 

 

  • What happens is USPS loses or damages my package and I didn't order shipping insurance? Once the order is scanned in USPS's system, I am not .longer responsible for any shipping issues. If you purchased shipping insurance at the time the order was placed, a claim will be submitted and the order will be replaced at no additional cost to you. If you did NOT purchase shipping insurance, there will be no refunds or replacements shipped out free of charge. You would need to re-order and you're responsible for that cost. PLEASE ADD THE SHIPPING INSURANCE, ESPECIALLY DURING THIS UNKNOWN TIME OF COVID-19!

 

  • What happens if I received something incorrect or different then what I ordered? Please contact me via chat or the email listed on my website and I will work with you to get the error fixed, right away. 

 

  • What if I entered the incorrect address and my order was returned to the sender? Please double check the shipping address before you place your order. if an order is returned to me due to an incorrect address on your end, I will re-ship it out but you will need to pay the shipping costs for the second shipment

 

  • Custom Orders? Due to the high volume of my shop, I am currently not doing any custom orders.
